Throughout history there are moments that urgently require radical change, the reorganization of political and economic power, and the building of a new power. This is such a moment.

The Trump regime is threatening to destroy the social, civil, economic and environmental reforms achieved at great cost from decades of grassroots struggles. More than 24 million Americans are slated to lose their health coverage under the new health plan. And the Democratic Party, who purports to speak for the people, remains silent on these crucial issues and instead fear mongers false threats.

The United States Congress does not represent the people who live and work in the United States. We need a People's Congress of Resistance where we govern, decide and act for ourselves and our communities. This talk will focus on building the People's Congress this September.

Come and learn about how you can join in the people's movement. We will resist and resist and resist -- until we overcome.
