May Day Art Build En El Barrio!

The Justice Center en el Barrio is celebrating immigration activist leaders and championing anti-imperialist politics this year! 

We will be making placards reflecting women like Julia De La Cruz and the women of Damayan, a banner reflecting anti-war and anti-imperialist politics, and cardboard cut-outs of anti-war symbols to use for outreach.

We will also be writing stories that happen to us at work to be shared by either the writer or volunteers for prep for Liberation Mic the following weekend (optional). 

We can’t do it without you, so please come by.

Lastly, we will be providing wine and light vegan snacks (yay)! Come through!
